Senior Principal Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Transfer hirify.global-owned semiconductor technologies to external foundries and support process qualification and volume ramp-up.
• Monitor and improve Front-End processes, including process capability analysis, SPC, failure mode analysis, and process control.
• Review process and product yield, conduct DOE, and implement yield optimization measures.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective actions for out-of-specification results, process excursions, and low-yield issues.
• Collaborate with product engineers on product sensitivity, design and test adjustments, and product-specific process tuning.
• Lead cross-functional continuous process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied science, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, or another relevant technical field.
• 5–10 years of relevant Process Integration or Yield Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, process optimization, FMEA, SPC, DOE, and process control techniques.
• Experience leading 8D corrective-action teams and using Fishbone Diagrams and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and a proactive, team-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with 0.35u CMOS process nodes, advanced node technologies, and wafer fabrication.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and automation systems.
• Project management experience.
