What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner club boards, directors, and coaches.
• Drive revenue growth by prospecting, pitching, and securing new youth soccer partnerships.
• Manage the annual contract renewal cycle and account retention.
• Implement the organization's coaching philosophy and curriculum within local communities.
• Develop and track the annual sales and operating budget for the region.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support grassroots campaigns and program attendance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial sales experience including territory prospecting and contract closing.
• Extensive background in youth sports coaching and coach education.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and analyzing program KPIs.
• Must be able to travel 40-50% within the designated region.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
