What you will do

• Manage branch budgets, sales targets, and market penetration strategies to increase profitability.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a diverse team of rental sales and fleet service agents.
• Oversee vehicle fleet operations, including maintenance, health and safety, and corporate branding standards.
• Ensure a premium customer service culture and resolve complex customer complaints.
• Collaborate with regional managers to optimize operational processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of work experience including 2+ years as a manager in car rental.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible day and evening shifts.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
