What you will do

• Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of growth campaigns across digital, in-app, and social channels.
• Expand user engagement through new channels and programs such as webinars, events, and referral programs.
• Leverage marketing automation and behavioral data to create personalized experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to test and refine new growth levers.
• Analyze performance trends and develop data reporting to optimize KPIs.
• Create internal playbooks and tools to accelerate GTM team velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record of driving engagement, adoption, and advocacy for SaaS users.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams.
• Strong product sense and design instincts.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
