What you will do

  • Own local go-to-market strategy for new content launches and key show moments.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across intake and engagement, coordinating with global CRM, social media, PR, and brand teams.
  • Align local paid/demand-gen execution with global spend and use market insights to optimize performance.
  • Build intake forecasts, growth scenarios, and KPI tracking to maximize paybase growth, retention, and revenue.
  • Drive audience growth via social media performance insights, localization, and creator collaboration.
  • Lead partnerships and business opportunities such as distribution deals, content partnerships, and media collaborations.

Requirements

  • Extensive commercial experience in media, entertainment, or digital subscription industries.
  • Proven ability to connect creative content campaigns to business growth and intake performance.
  • Strong performance marketing fundamentals and solid understanding of social media algorithms and audience development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing/activation teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both required).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Madrid.
