What you will do
- Own local go-to-market strategy for new content launches and key show moments.
- Lead integrated campaigns across intake and engagement, coordinating with global CRM, social media, PR, and brand teams.
- Align local paid/demand-gen execution with global spend and use market insights to optimize performance.
- Build intake forecasts, growth scenarios, and KPI tracking to maximize paybase growth, retention, and revenue.
- Drive audience growth via social media performance insights, localization, and creator collaboration.
- Lead partnerships and business opportunities such as distribution deals, content partnerships, and media collaborations.
Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience in media, entertainment, or digital subscription industries.
- Proven ability to connect creative content campaigns to business growth and intake performance.
- Strong performance marketing fundamentals and solid understanding of social media algorithms and audience development.
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing/activation teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both required).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Madrid.
