What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies for the Italian market.
• Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners to maximize pipeline impact.
• Coordinate joint marketing activities, events, and vendor negotiations.
• Review marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize results and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment across the funnel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing with a focus on sales results.
• Native Italian speaker.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
