What you will do

• Design and implement multichannel CRM campaigns across all company sectors and business areas.
• Create copywriting content for push notifications and emails, including adapting international campaign texts.
• Define target audiences, validate tracking elements, and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation.
• Monitor and optimize CRM performance through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Implement A/B tests specifically for B2B trigger management and general campaign improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marketing or Communication.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
• Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment with stress tolerance and autonomy.

Nice to have

• Previous experience through one or two 6-month marketing internships.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in the German language.
