Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA. US work authorization is required on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you will do

  • Own global revenue targets for Edwin AI, focusing on pipeline generation, bookings, and expansion.
  • Define and execute a co-prime sales motion alongside core Account Executives to ensure clear accountability.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of specialized Edwin AI Account Executives.
  • Develop the sales playbook, including qualification criteria, sales stages, and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align the roadmap with market demand and customer needs.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to optimize pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue performance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • 5+ years in sales leadership roles with a track record of scaling high-growth teams.
  • Experience selling AI, AIOps, observability, or enterprise SaaS solutions to large enterprises.
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring initial employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
