Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + commission

What you will do
- Own full sales strategy and execution for sponsorship, exhibition, and delegate acquisition across the Americas portfolio.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and professional development.
- Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline tracking, and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with C-suite executives and lead negotiations for high-value, complex B2B deals.
- Partner with Event Directors and global counterparts to align commercial performance with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York or Santa Monica, USA.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior B2B sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-product environments.
- Deep experience in events, media, technology, or B2B information services industries.
- Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling to C-suite executives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance management tools.
