What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Proactively manage and grow existing relationships by aligning service offerings with client operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and regional networking engagements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate proposal delivery.
• Track all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in industrial services.
• Deep understanding of the industrial contracting landscape, specifically refineries and chemical facilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional presence for public representation and networking.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work on-site in La Porte, TX.
