What you will do

  • Drive sales growth and capture market share in the heavy duty product segment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for national and regional HD and MD Fleets.
  • Identify customer prospects and initiate contact with targeted accounts.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers to meet agreed-upon profitability targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of identifying win-win scenarios.
  • Proven ability to grow business and expand customer markets.
  • Ability to work independently as a results-oriented self-starter.
