What you will do
- Drive sales growth and capture market share in the heavy duty product segment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for national and regional HD and MD Fleets.
- Identify customer prospects and initiate contact with targeted accounts.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major strategic accounts.
- Negotiate pricing with customers to meet agreed-upon profitability targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, strategic planning, and business development.
- Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of identifying win-win scenarios.
- Proven ability to grow business and expand customer markets.
- Ability to work independently as a results-oriented self-starter.
