Client Account Manager (Energy Networks)

Salary: £30,173–£38,860 per year plus company benefits

What you will do

• Act as the main client contact throughout project delivery and the asset adoption journey.
• Manage the transition from sales into asset management and provide proactive project updates.
• Coordinate design and legal teams to support accurate and timely project milestones.
• Coordinate MPAN processing and issuance, and oversee connection agreements.
• Support asset value payment processes and resolve related client queries.
• Manage centralised mailboxes and maintain accurate project updates in internal systems.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience managing external client accounts and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with an Independent Distribution Network Operator.
