TL;DR

Focus on managing the asset adoption journey, coordinating cross-functional milestones, and ensuring timely issuance of connection agreements and MPANs.

What you will do

  • Act as the main client point of contact across the project delivery and asset adoption journey
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales into asset management, providing proactive updates and managing expectations
  • Coordinate internal design and legal teams to deliver project milestones on time and accurately
  • Oversee processing and issuance of MPANs and manage connection agreement issuance
  • Support AV (Asset Value) payment processes and resolve related client queries
  • Own centralised mailboxes, update internal systems with project progress, and provide ad-hoc support as needed

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in project delivery within the infrastructure sector
  • Experience managing external client accounts and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
