Senior Delivery Manager

Location: Must reside in the United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the Saltaire office a couple of days per week.

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 per year, with annual performance-based reviews.

What you will do

• Lead multiple digital projects and long-term client engagements through discovery, planning, launch, and support.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage scope, cost, timelines, dependencies, risks, and commercial commitments.
• Lead discovery and scoping, translating ambiguous objectives into requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders by explaining software, integrations, environments, releases, and technical risks clearly.
• Coordinate client testing, UAT, release readiness checks, dependencies, communications, and go/no-go decisions.
• Improve delivery practices around ownership, documentation, decision recording, ticket quality, and visibility of work.

Requirements

• Significant experience in delivery management for software or digital projects.
• Strong organisation, commercial awareness, and client and team communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous situations, define practical plans, and support effective decision-making.
• Confidence discussing software, integrations, environments, releases, and technical risks; a technical background is not required.
• Must reside in the United Kingdom and be able to attend the Saltaire office a couple of days per week.
