Network Delivery Lead (Cisco)

Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom; onsite five days per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and be eligible to meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements. Some roles may also have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end network delivery, planning, and operational support for the account.
• Coordinate network delivery across account leadership, architecture, engineering, operations, project teams, support groups, customers, and third-party providers.
• Provide technical leadership during high-severity network incidents and maintain clear internal and external communications.
• Monitor network availability, utilisation, and performance, driving optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Lead delivery governance covering risk management, ITIL processes, reporting, compliance auditing, skills management, financials, procurement, and vendor renewals.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and provide performance insights through dashboards and tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network delivery, operational support, and stakeholder engagement within complex secure environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including security functions, at Cisco CCNP level or an equivalent alternative-vendor level.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational and strategic implications for senior management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
