Technical Account Manager

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery and continual improvement of technology services for a major public sector client.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer and internal stakeholders while developing strong client relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and collaborate with Account Delivery Associates.
• Oversee service governance, monitor performance against contractual commitments, and report on account performance.
• Assist with budget management, cost control, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant industry experience in a similar role, including account delivery and leadership.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage technical and operational challenges in a security-conscious, mission-critical environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry and technology trends.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification or another relevant certification.
