Delivery Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Fully remote, United Kingdom

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Provide operational leadership for the Service Delivery function, ensuring day-to-day stability, quality, and consistency.
• Lead and support Team Leaders across multiple delivery teams, ensuring adequate resources, clarity, and delivery support.
• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and workload, identifying capacity issues and bottlenecks before they affect customers.
• Act as the first escalation point for internal and customer delivery issues, stabilizing situations and minimizing disruption.
• Manage complex technology and business transformation programmes across Microsoft and wider enterprise environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Project or Service Delivery role at Team Lead or Manager level.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects, ideally involving Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, customer priorities, and delivery teams.
• Strong customer-facing experience across discovery, UAT, go-lives, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
