What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of typically 5–10 concurrent fan engagement projects.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, priorities, scope, and timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing structured updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate engineering, design, product, and support teams around customer needs.
• Remove blockers, maintain momentum, and improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Monitor project commercials, profitability risks, and opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

• Experience delivering multiple concurrent products or projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
• Consultative, proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven approach to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams without heavy reliance on formal methodologies.
