• Provide multi-level support to clients regarding day-to-day service requests and operational issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal product, operations, and finance departments.
• Lead the bi-annual account planning process for the assigned portfolio.
• Research client issues and coordinate internal resources to reach effective resolutions.
• Identify industry trends and marketplace concerns through data analysis.
• Provide regular market reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
