What you will do

  • Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers within the fintech and payments space.
  • Build and manage outbound cadences and follow-up sequences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach effectiveness and achieve pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ottawa, ON
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales.
  • Proven experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or financial services.
  • Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted sales workflows.
  • Experience working in startups or scaling companies.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
