What you will do

• Provide owner's representative and QA services for public water and wastewater projects.
• Inspect and record construction activities to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Maintain detailed records of quantities and materials installed.
• Review field information and produce comprehensive inspection reports.
• Identify potential project problems and coordinate with the Project Team for resolution.
• Assist in preconstruction services, including constructability reviews of drawings and estimates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Construction Inspector.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, or an additional 4 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, plans, and geotechnical reports.
• Proficiency in mathematics, including geometry and trigonometry.

Nice to have

• CMIT designation per CMAA.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Level 1 certification.
• ODOT Pre-Qualified Construction Inspector certification.
• NICET or APWA certifications.
