What you will do

• Analyze and quantify US government market potential to prioritize agency targets.
• Lead the identification and analysis of new government opportunities and develop specific sales strategies.
• Serve as the cross-channel sales team leader and process owner for all government engagements.
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on management of internal sales and support resources.
• Drive improvements in government engagement volume, pipeline strength, and close rates.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with executive management and key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have prior or current military experience.
• Strong background and knowledge of the US healthcare industry.
• Proven experience selling complex products to the federal government.
• Demonstrated track record of closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements at the agency level.
• Detailed understanding of government agency sourcing processes at enterprise and local levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
