What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Achieve quarterly sales growth quotas through strategic account planning and whitespace identification.
- Drive customer satisfaction and adoption by delivering value-based presentations and consultative recommendations.
- Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Sandler to map organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback for product enhancements and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide regular reporting to management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in high-touch corporate sales, specifically in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
