What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Achieve quarterly sales growth quotas through strategic account planning and whitespace identification.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and adoption by delivering value-based presentations and consultative recommendations.
  • Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Sandler to map organizational structures and decision-making processes.
  • Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback for product enhancements and feature requests.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide regular reporting to management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in high-touch corporate sales, specifically in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
