What you will do
- Establish and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to align offerings with client goals and mission-critical workloads.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact and negotiation to closing and handover to Customer Success.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, inside sales, and partner ecosystem teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene to manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and account management meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of enterprise software industry, specifically Linux, hybrid cloud, container management, and AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
