TL;DR
Sales Engineer (SaaS): Supporting Enterprise and Public sector Sales teams by providing technical expertise and coordinating complex deal strategies with an accent on RFP submissions and functional alignment. Focus on scaling the pre-sales function in the Belgian market and bridging the gap between customer needs and the platform roadmap.
Location: Must be based in Belgium (Offers full-remote, hybrid, or onsite in Brussels, Ghent, or Antwerp)

What you will do
- Master the platform to enable the Sales team with technical insights and expertise.
- Analyze prospect needs and assess functional alignment with 's capabilities.
- Coordinate RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions in collaboration with Insurance and Product experts.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the platform roadmap.
- Manage and coordinate the most complex customer onboardings.
- Collaborate with peers in France to share best practices and build a global playbook.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in either Dutch or French.
- Must be based in Belgium.
- Proven experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
- Ability to handle high-level stakeholder management and objections in complex environments.
Nice to have
- Fluency in both Dutch and French.
- Experience with insurance or health platforms.
- Experience with HRIS or Payroll solutions.
