What you will do

• Review and approve contractual documents to ensure protection of company interests and compliance with government specifications.
• Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretation of terms and conditions.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of contract amendments, extensions, and lifecycle management from kick-off to close-out.
• Monitor contract compliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
• Act as a primary conduit between sales, technical teams, Finance, and Legal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in Government Contracts.
• U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• Proven experience managing the full scope of contract support from kick-off to close-out.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government acquisition regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex legal terms and conditions.

Nice to have

• Advanced Degree.
• Direct experience in DoD or military contracting.
• Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM).
• Understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
