Salary: $69,576 - $86,944

What you will do
- Review and approve contractual documents to ensure protection of company interests and compliance with government specifications.
- Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretation of terms and conditions.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of contract amendments, extensions, and lifecycle management from kick-off to close-out.
- Monitor contract compliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
- Act as a primary conduit between sales, technical teams, Finance, and Legal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in Government Contracts.
- U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Proven experience managing the full scope of contract support from kick-off to close-out.
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government acquisition regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex legal terms and conditions.
Nice to have
- Advanced Degree.
- Direct experience in DoD or military contracting.
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM).
- Understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
