What you will do

• Support corporate governance and entity management, ensuring records are audit-ready.
• Manage insurer and individual licensing filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track critical deadlines and ensure timely completion of reporting obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase legal function scalability.
• Coordinate non-claims litigation, document collection, and work with outside counsel.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to protect corporate interests and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience required
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Proficiency with regulatory systems such as SERFF, NIPR, and NAIC UCAA.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and corporate files.
• Experience with legal research, document drafting, and litigation coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for research and summarization.
• Familiarity with NILS, Lexis, and document management systems.
