What you will do

• Act as the lead contracts specialist for assigned prototyping projects under Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).
• Develop, review, and administer contractual agreements and supporting documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead low-to-moderately complex contract negotiations with performers and customers.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and monitor compliance at prime, performer, and sub-performer tiers.
• Maintain accurate contract records and serve as the primary liaison between the organization, performers, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of federal contracting experience (commercial, private sector, or civil service).
• Practical experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS.
• Direct experience in contract execution or procurement for defense-centric portfolios.
• Secret-level security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Nice to have

• Experience with 10 U.S.C. 4022 (OTAs for Prototyping) or 10 U.S.C. 4021.
• NCMA (CPCM) or DAWIA certification.
• Knowledge of FAR Source Selection or Commercial Supplier Selection processes.
• Familiarity with Navy programs.
