What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations, embedding AI agents into operational workflows for automation and decision support.
• Run structured discovery with business and operations stakeholders, analyze process artifacts, and translate operational processes into agentic workflow blueprints with defined KPIs and ROI models.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions using MCP tools for LLM-to-enterprise system integration, including function calling, orchestration, and structured outputs.
• Build hands-on LLM/GenAI capabilities: prompt architectures, reasoning chains, RAG/contextual grounding, and evaluation for reliability and enterprise readiness.
• Own product lifecycle and delivery leadership: backlog, prioritization, iterative delivery, and alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and risk frameworks.
• Create and maintain an Agentic Skills Library of reusable agent patterns, prompt templates, and workflow components to enable “build once, reuse everywhere” across banking use cases.

Requirements

• W2 contract only: candidates must be able to work on a W-2 basis (no C2C or 1099).
• Hands-on agentic AI and LLM expertise, including strong experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini or similar) and production deployment of agentic systems.
• Deep understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, function calling, and workflow orchestration; experience with MCP tools or equivalent LLM-to-system integration frameworks.
• Experience embedding AI into business operations and working with end users in real production environments; strong problem-solving across complex enterprise workflows.
• Process intelligence experience using process artifacts (SOPs, runbooks, workflows, process mining outputs) to identify automation opportunities and convert them into executable AI workflows.
• Banking/financial services domain knowledge, including familiarity with operational risk, compliance, and control frameworks.
