What you will do

• Own the LLMX platform end-to-end, including the roadmap, execution, adoption, and quality metrics.
• Partner with engineering and ML leaders to drive ambitious AI bets while ensuring platform stability.
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify and deliver capabilities required for next-generation agentic workflows.
• Define and deliver platform primitives such as routing agents, skill orchestration, and the Global Chat SDK.
• Manage the platform's evaluation infrastructure, including online monitoring and agent gating.
• Shape build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions for models and infrastructure components based on state-of-the-art AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with significant experience in AI platforms, ML infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Deep technical depth in LLM systems, including model selection, RAG vs. fine-tuning, and agentic architectures.
• Proven track record of shipping production AI services that other internal teams depend on.
• Strong commercial instinct to connect platform investments to enterprise differentiation and value.
• Data-driven approach to defining success via metrics and evaluation frameworks.
