What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI solutions, with a primary focus on agentic AI and orchestration.
• Design and execute experiments, POCs, and pilot deployments to validate agentic solutions and de-risk assumptions.
• Prototype system prompts and tool schemas, collaborating with engineering on context management and information flow.
• Establish comprehensive agent evaluation frameworks for reasoning quality, task completion, and safety.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through phased rollouts, including the creation of high-quality PRDs and metrics frameworks.
• Partner with AWS Solution Architects and account teams to align on technical approach and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 8-12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping AI products from prototype to production at scale.
• Deep fluency in GenAI, including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• PM-level fluency across the AWS AI ecosystem (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.).
• Ability to prototype AI solutions using tools like Cursor, Claude, or Copilot to validate hypotheses.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience driving alignment with Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Software engineering or coding background (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Agency or consulting delivery experience.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with open-source LLM ecosystems such as Llama or Mistral.
