What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI capabilities from ideation and customer discovery through deployment in production.

• Drive roadmap decisions by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
• Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, revenue impact, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design and architecture for enterprise-scale AI-driven capabilities.
• Mentor product practices and establish scalable frameworks for shipping AI-native products.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, platform products, or AI-enabled environments, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven experience shipping enterprise-scale AI/ML or Generative AI products, including LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Technical fluency in model evaluation, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and AI governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and customer value.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver production-grade systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
