What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate operational processes into agentic workflows and solution blueprints.
• Design and implement multi-step AI agents using MCP tools for enterprise system integration.
• Define KPIs, build ROI models, and quantify business benefits for AI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain an Agentic Skills Library of reusable capabilities for banking use cases.
• Act as the primary interface between business, operations, engineering, and AI teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and agentic AI systems.
• Deep understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, function calling, and orchestration.
• Experience with MCP tools or equivalent LLM-to-system integration frameworks.
• Background in product management, consulting, or forward deployed engineering.
• Understanding of banking operations, operational risk, and compliance frameworks.
