Account Executive Player Coach (SaaS): Driving regional sales strategy and managing a team of Account Executives while maintaining individual revenue targets with an accent on coaching, pipeline management, and AI-driven sales execution. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in the US
Salary: $100,000 - $118,000 base + commission

What you will do
- Manage a personal pipeline and close net-new SMB and MM deals to meet a 50% revenue target.
- Line-manage, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Account Executives through weekly 1:1s.
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to drive regional strategy and sales enablement.
- Design and facilitate training programs using gamification, role-play, and pitch simulations.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into team workflows to optimize prospecting and pipeline forecasting.
- Act as a visible role model and point of contact for the broader sales team.
Requirements
- Must be an existing SSE or ENT AE at AmTrav with 1+ year in role and 2 quarters of 100% achievement.
- 4–6 years of active B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or travel tech.
- Proven track record of managing complex deals across multiple segments.
- Experience with coaching, role-play facilitation, or sales training.
- Comfort with AI-powered sales tools and a creative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
Nice to have
- Experience in the North American corporate travel industry.
- Hands-on experience building sales enablement materials like decks and playbooks.
