Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Compensation: $72,000 Base + $56,000 Commission (Total OTE: $128,000)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and booking meetings to closing new business.
- Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Deliver tailored demos and conversations aligned with customer pain points.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management for seamless customer handoffs.
- Sell to various personas including Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the USA
- Based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- Proven hunter mindset with experience closing net new deals.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and adapt messaging to different personas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for video and phone engagement.
