What you will do
- Develop, execute, and optimize coaching and everboarding programs specifically for the EMEA sales organization.
- Implement onboarding and coaching initiatives for first-line sales leadership.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously iterate and improve enablement programs.
- Monitor program progress and provide comprehensive updates on metrics and milestones to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of enablement programs.
- Ensure alignment between enablement objectives and the broader organizational strategy to maximize business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or L&D within a high-performance sales organization.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise sales, including the creation of sales content, tools, and training.
- Experience delivering training using modern selling methodologies, specifically Force Management and MEDDICC.
- Proficiency with Content Management and Learning Management Systems (CMS/LMS).
- Must be based in or be able to support the EMEA region.
