Focus on qualifying inbound requests, activating partner networks through outreach and ecosystem mapping, and improving internal tools to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
Location: USA (New York–based employees have a base salary range)
Salary: $100,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage and expand relationships with key partner accounts and grow a high-impact partner network in the USA.
- Drive partner development through cold outreach, strategic event engagement, and ecosystem mapping.
- Enable partner growth via training, co-marketing, and sales acceleration initiatives tailored to the US region.
- Qualify and advance inbound partnership requests, supporting partners through evaluation, onboarding, and integration.
- Contribute to internal tools and process evolution to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS.
- Strong understanding of direct vs. channel sales models.
- Proven track record in outbound partner development, including cold outreach and ecosystem activation.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling partnerships from the ground up within the US region.
- Experience working in or with crypto, iGaming, fintech, or other regulated, fast-paced industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
