Salary: $130,000–$145,000

What you will do

• Lead procurement across all Canadian manufacturing and distribution sites to ensure cost discipline and supply continuity.
• Define and execute strategies to protect margins, mitigate geopolitical and commodity risks, and improve cost competitiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Finance to align sourcing with customer needs and the Canada growth agenda.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, and category strategies while implementing dual sourcing and contingency plans.
• Develop and coach procurement talent, fostering accountability and performance discipline within a global matrix structure.
• Implement digital procurement solutions and maintain business continuity plans to reduce supply disruption risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience within the FMCG, food, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong expertise in procurement risk management and business continuity planning.
• Deep knowledge of global supply markets, commodities, and supplier compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems.
