Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems primarily in Go for large-scale video content delivery.
• Lead design reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the SRE team to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and perform optimally.
• Use observability systems and advanced analytics to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Implement and maintain rigorous peer code reviews and CI/CD pipelined deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with expertise in Go (Golang) and/or Python.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices in cloud environments.
• Must be able to work from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Nice to have

• Production experience with CDNs for delivering streaming media.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
