What you will do

• Design and operate critical, scalable backend services including identity and persistence layers.
• Collaborate across teams to evaluate trade-offs and deliver innovative product solutions.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline development while auditing output for architectural integrity.
• Participate in incident resolution and operational maintenance of distributed systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience.
• Proven experience working with distributed systems at scale.
• Ability to independently execute on medium-sized features.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
• Understanding of operational aspects of systems and incident resolution.

• Experience with NoSQL solutions, Memcache, or Redis.
