Junior Paralegal

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and track commercial contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Assist with legal research and summarize regulatory queries for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update corporate records across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives, specifically within the fintech space.
• Manage and optimize internal filing systems and legal workflows for efficiency.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal legal operations and resource management.

Requirements

• Law degree (2:1 or First Class Honours) or non-law degree with GDL (Merit or Distinction).
• Prior paralegal or legal experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong contract management skills and proficiency with business tools like G Suite and Jira.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to administrative and filing responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cross-border legal matters (EU, UK, or US experience).
• Experience with AI-assisted legal tools.
