What you will do

• Review military service records and redact sensitive information for disclosure.
• Liaise with military personnel and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update the case management system and Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU).
• Analyze medical records to support the assessment of causation for claims.
• Assist in claim valuation (quantum) and the calculation of special damages.
• Support settlement negotiations with third parties to achieve fair outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment (desirable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
