What you will do

• Pro-actively manage a caseload of Public Liability and Property Damage claims up to a reserve value of £10,000.
• Oversee the entire claim lifecycle from inception to settlement in the pre-litigation stage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on the case management system.
• Ensure all work complies with set client SLAs.
• Maintain high productivity levels and quality service standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Leeds office (Hybrid).
• 6 months of relevant experience, a law degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently and as part of a team.
