TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Review complex disease case documents, evidence, and medical records.
  • Conduct investigations with insured parties and obtain witness statements.
  • Draft legal correspondence and prepare reports for court proceedings.
  • Instruct Counsel and Experts while managing routine correspondence.
  • Attend conferences and trials to support legal strategy.
  • Ensure full compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and court timetables.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in handling mixed disease legal cases.
  • Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-organization capabilities.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool for hybrid work.
  • Good level of IT skills.
