• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of high-profile construction projects.
• Perform cost planning, estimating, and execute post-contract and procurement duties.
• Implement commercial and procurement strategies to ensure value for money.
• Maintain strict compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Professional experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and CSA Cost Management.
• Specific experience in the Data Centre industry.
• Proven track record in project delivery within a consultancy, contractor, or developer environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to develop client accounts.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).
