Senior Cost Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims.
• Resolve commercial issues, change orders, and contract disputes efficiently.
• Prepare and agree upon final accounts to maximize value for the client.
• Develop cost plans and estimates for key client developments.
• Manage project spend through accurate valuations and cost reporting.
• Participate in the full tender and bid process, from documentation to reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Specialization in the pharma or life sciences domain is preferred.
• Degree or equivalent experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate; legal right to work in the NL is mandatory.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
