Associate Director Cost Management (Data Centre Construction)

Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt or Berlin, Germany). Must have the right to work in Germany.

What you will do

• Act as the key account manager for the data center team, developing partnerships based on trust.
• Drive business development to secure new clients and repeat projects.
• Oversee key strategic client projects to ensure deliverables meet contract performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead employees to foster top performance and growth.
• Contribute to the overall business strategy as the company evolves.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with specific expertise in the data center sector.
• Proven operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Legal right to work in Germany.
