Senior Cost Manager M&E (Critical Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Participate in the tender and bid process, managing documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze bids to ensure value for money and handle the agreement of final accounts and claims.
• Create detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend through valuations and cost reports, communicating variations to the team.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims.
• Engage new clients and maintain repeat projects using business development skills.

Requirements

• Experience as a cost manager on large-scale data center or critical infrastructure construction projects.
• Chartered status or currently on the path to complete certification.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Proven experience in pre- and post-contract cost management.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to employees.
