What you will do

• Produce timely and reliable monthly management reporting files for assigned business units.
• Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks and collaborate with non-financial department heads.
• Manage Balance Sheet account reconciliations and support packs using advanced Excel.
• Lead process and system improvement projects to increase business efficiency and profitability.
• Support the Quarterly Strategic Review process (forecasting) and facilitate statutory audit processes.
• Assist with the financial integration of new regional acquisitions into Vesta systems and policies.

Requirements

• Certified or part-qualified accountant qualification.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling and data interrogation.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
• Experience in the software or high-tech industry is considered an asset.
