What you will do
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for Operations and Commercial Directors.
- Support business decisions through analysis, advice, business cases, and ad-hoc deep dives.
- Challenge existing ways of working and propose improved processes and solutions.
- Identify risks and inefficiencies, participate in process implementation, and monitor compliance.
- Contribute to internal systems development and finance-related projects.
- Collaborate on monthly financial statements, budgeting, operational planning, and external audits.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Controller or Finance Business Partner.
- Proven experience communicating with non-finance departments and providing business insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, business economics knowledge, and basic accounting understanding.
- Professional Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
- Communicative English and fluent Hungarian.
- High responsibility, independence, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
