TL;DR
Controller Controller (SAP Finance and Controlling): Delivering financial and operational reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis for sales, costs, results, and process KPIs with an accent on SAP-based reporting, profit-center consolidation, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on developing controlling tools, improving processes, supporting working-capital and service-controlling initiatives, and clarifying complex provisions and work-in-progress valuations.
Location: Pécs, Hungary; remote work and flexible working hours are offered.

What you will do
- Deliver timely reporting on sales, order intake, costs, results, and process KPIs; analyze deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Provide special analyses using database queries, SAP reports, and Excel workbooks.
- Lead planning cycles, consolidate profit-center data, and coordinate forecasts with managers and subsidiaries.
- Develop controlling tools, methods, processes, and forecasting approaches.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects covering result optimization, working capital, service recording, and internal allocations.
- Clarify provisions and work-in-progress valuations and explain complex topics to auditors when required.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, controlling, or equivalent knowledge.
- 3+ years of experience in controlling.
- Experience with SAP CO, FI, and BW.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience designing or improving processes and participating in agile or cross-functional projects.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required; German is beneficial but not mandatory.
