Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Deliver timely reports on sales, order intake, costs, and process KPIs, analyzing deviations and aligning corrective actions.
• Lead planning cycles for order intake, sales, costs, and internal service allocations across profit centers.
• Develop and implement new controlling tools, methods, and processes to improve forecasting and analysis.
• Support subsidiaries with services controlling, reporting, and SD module rollouts.
• Manage valuations of work in progress and clarify requirements for provisions with auditors.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on result optimization and working capital initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, controlling, or equivalent knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience in controlling.
• Proficiency with SAP CO, FI, and BW.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus).
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Experience in agile or cross-functional projects.
